On behalf of the entire Deep Dive Daredevils team I’d like to send out our condolences to the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings. Our thoughts are prayers are with you.
Well, anyway…it’s our one-year anniversary!
That’s right, the Deep Dive Daredevils set sail a year ago today! I’m happy to report that, just as I said the day we launched, this is only the beginning. Just today I finished page-to-page breakdowns that will bring us beyond the second anniversary, and we have rough plots and storylines stretching out for YEARS…So, if YOU keep coming back for more Daredevils, WE’LL keep dropping pages on the blotter every Tuesday! Deal?
On that note, I’d also like to thank all of our incredible readers. You guys are THE BEST! But, on today’s anniversary, I’d like to especially thank the guys and gals who have been here from the beginning. You know who you are, and so do we. The entire Daredevils team couldn’t be more grateful for your continued support!
And, man, this week’s page is FREAKING awesome, right?! We couldn’t have planned the timing any better if we tried (and we didn’t, it just worked out this way). I’ll let Danilo’s illustration (mostly) speak for itself, but I will point out that it only took A WHOLE YEAR for us to tell you what the Daredevils actually do for a living. They are an adventure-for-hire outfit…yeah, probably should have mentioned that earlier. Heh.
NEXT WEEK set your Internet dial to DANGER, as we find out just what these shadowy THINGS have in store for The Custer. Here’s a hint: It ain’t good! Make sure to RSS, Like, or Follow. Just do it, okay, I’ll consider it an anniversary present.
ATTN: Daredevilers! Do you like this week’s page? Do you want to view it in 3D? Is that fervent nodding a yes? If so, grab a pair of red/blue 3D glasses and use the orange decoder wheel crack this code…

Welp, that about wraps this baby up. But first, be a pal and check out the Sunday Bonus Lunch, I’m fairly certain you won’t regret it…
Anyways, till next week!

Oh captain. Saying you are earning easy money is almost as bad as asking what could go wrong.
Welcome aboard, Kaian!
I have to admit, you’ve got a point there…though, hindsight is 20/20.
At first glance I am inclined to think they are approaching some kind of Lovecraftian Horror.
In retrospect, maybe it is the crew of the Custor that represent the real threat.
In the end, does their passenger know about these creatures of the deep and, if so, what is her conection to them?
SO MANY possibilities…the answers are coming, my friend!
happy anniversary! great page!
Thanks, Lutzad!
Happy anniversary! Beautiful page! Those critters look like trouble for the crew!
Many thanks for your continued support, Rich!
well now we know what the crossbow is for…a projectile weapon that works well at depth…though that’s a whole lot of deep sea anglermen
Greetings, TKG.
Your keen eye and superb deductive reasoning skills make your comments an absolute must read for myself. I would advise others to act accordingly.
what easy money in there line of work there is no easy money ….only hard earned money .
You have NO IDEA how right you are. As the coming week unfurl, earning their money is going to get harder and HARDER.
Hey, looks like the Custer’s going to host a convention of the Esoteric Order of Dagon! Those guys look like they were born in Innsmouth or on Devils Reef off the Massachusetts coast…
So Pretty!
