Shaddup, ya crumb bums…
Joe takes command of a pretty darn SWEET new SUBMERSIBLE, and it seems like the peanut gallery is a wee bit nervous. I mean, can you blame them?
In other news, a pretty darn IMPORTANT MACGUFFIN reared its head this week after riding silent and deep under the surface for some time. I am, of course. speaking of the Collector, or the battery as Sagulo calls it. It first appeared WAY back in Ends of the Earth(s), starting HERE.
Speaking of here, be HERE next week for more CAPTAIN JOE shenanigans. And, when I say shenanigans, I mean SHENANIGANS.
Till next time!
-Matt-
Well now, I suspect a turbo-charged submarine in the near future.
For the sake of the Daredevils, I hope you are right!
1- I will be so upset if they don’t get to use the ram on that submersible.
2- The side comments make the strip.
3- Can Joe one up the good Captain Custer, and prove himself to be even more hazardous when attempting a rescue operation?
1. *Wink* *Wink*
2. Yeah, we had fun with writing the dialogue of the peanut gallery in panel 2.
3. It is definitely possible.
Shenanigans? I love shenanigans! This is gonna be good.
We ALL love shenanigans!
The next guy who says shenanigans gets pistol whipped.
Sh[cencored]s…
Joe, I think you just showed that this is a perfect time for a hypotenuse!
We would’ve had to turn to the next page, to see what angles Sagulo was taking with his hypothesis, if Joe hadn’t cut corners and taken the direct route with his hypotenuse.
(I think Joe might’ve just accidentally come up with a new term for Scientific Wild-Ass Guess)
