Shaking hands with Hitler…
Not a great look. Not a great look, at all. I am really wondering how you guys are going to react to this page and then next few that follow it. My feelings are best articulated by an old proverb that states, “The road to hell is paved is paved with good intentions.” Yep, I think that about sums it up.
Be here NEXT WEEK for a continuation of the explorer’s first fateful meeting with another civilization. Could things go wrong? No, not a chance. Everything is going to be JUST FINE. I bet they are all going to roast marshmallows and sing Kumbaya and rescue puppies and walk old ladies across the street etc. GOOD TIMES.
Till next time!

Nice hat! No, seriously, those old-school spiked helmets really had some style. As for the rest of their society, well, this could be…trouble.
Ya think?
I am sure the Reich rescues puppies, as long as they are German Shepherds, and Dachshunds, of proper breeding stock.
Other than that to quote Scooby Do “Run Roh Raggy!”…
Also to quote Sir Terry Pratchett “The trouble with having an open mind, is that someone invariably comes along and tries to put something in it.”
I also just had the thought that none of our beloved explorers look like good little Nazis. Not exactly Arian stock, that is.
Interesting that “old Hitler” has world that seems to be even lower tech than the 1930s-1940s – except for Hitler’s building designs from his plans for post-war Berlin, which would be difficult to build in modern day (and experts insist couldn’t have built with the tech of the era).
Makes you wonder what happened…. Are they unable to maintain their own tech base?
Yes, it is a world where Hitler came to power in a time-frame analogous to a pre-WWI setting.
As for the building designs, we included those to try to illustrate that this is a Reich that has found itself victorious, and therefore completed Hitler’s post war plan for Berlin.
why do I get the feeling that there is one of two outcomes here; they accidentally gave the gigareich the tech to be the gigareich we know of or in naive cooperation they gave them the tech.
