Sounds like Doc’s in for an unhappy family reunion. The question is, did he see his dad off in the distance, or in a video communication he picked up with his headset thingy? Maybe he heard his father radioing orders to the attackers.

Maybe the technology seemed familiar to Doc, because it was his father’s handiwork.
