Worst part is that he died so heroically at the beginning of the movie, just to go out like such a punk at the end of the movie.

That, and he deserved to die in space, not on some lifeless planet.

I have to agree…Undiscovered country was a better use of the line then the source material it came from. It also was a proper and fitting end for the original enterprise…unlike a certain movie that came after.

It was definitely a duel reference.

BTW I want to pimp out the Book “The Child Thief” by BROM.

It is a masterful re-telling of the Peter Pan story, and is beautifully Illustrated (which Brom is known for). It not only adds a great deal to the classic tale, but also brings out the horror in the original story, that is just under the surface.

Most good Fairy Tales are just horror stories in disguise…
