The Webbed fingers and gill slits suggest that Dracula has been changed by the environment and/or his food source.
Serious high tech on the domes, although I question the utility of smokestacks in a sealed system.
Are the physical changes in his minions progressive or are there more complex factors at work? Can our favorite Cajun boy be restored to humanity?
