From there, it was flat-bedded to the Columbia where there was enough water for her to get up to speed and then... vorp... to points unknown. Three D-9 cats were involved, along with Bubba Wilson's goose-neck heavy hauler for about 22 miles. One of your crew had to be rescued from a gaggle of the local women who became rather aggressive once they understood that he was not a blood relative of any of them. This involved a bit of bloodshed, but your crewman is non-critical and will survive. Also, as the Okanogan River represents the boundary of the 12 Tribes Reservation, there was some negotiations and bribery involved to gain access and recover the vessel. Also, at least two crewmen were requested to return next year at the petition of Chief Bullmoose... apparently, two of his daughters caught sight of them and were ... impressed... they will have to ID them. BTW- regarding recover and re-launching- I am sending you the bill. AND GET TWITCHY AWAY FROM THAT DAMN FIRE!!!
