When I saw the last panel, at first, I started looking for vampires, witches, and werewolves. Then, I tried to figure out whether it was the Mikaelsons or Marcel running the city, at this point.

But, finally, I remembered that I was looking at a panel of a comic, and not at a scene from “The Originals”… so I went back to looking for vampires, witches, and werewolves. xD

As everyone else has said, beautiful art!

Imagine how I feel every time I open my inbox and there is an email waiting from Danilo. It is literally like Christmas multiple times a week.

And, yes, when this story is complete the plan is to put out a collected hardcover/softcover of the ENTIRE run through Kickstarter. We still have a bit to go before we get there, though….

I was just going to comment on how excellent the last page looked especially, oozing atmosphere and stories to tell all on it’s own, and then Danilo and Angela lay THIS page before me? What kind of creative gift, coupled with immense generosity, do you two have that we get to see your work for free? That last frame especially is enough to make me shout with joy and weep for it’s beauty.

THIS is the art style I am so glad hasn’t disappeared from the world, and it compliments the good ol’ fashioned action-adventure story so well that it all comes to life. I don’t say it enough, but I am very thankful that you folks share this labor of love, and that I stumbled upon it. If there’s another Kickstarter in your future, consider me a backer for a hard or softbound collection. This is something I need to be able to pull of a shelf whenever I need to escape this crazy world.
