Later series had some good ones here and there, but the overall memory I have of them is too much politics and "social awareness", too little adventure and fun ("Why so serious, Star Trek?"). So you're giving up, "Good" Doc? Stop being such a selfish bastard and FIX the problem you believe you created. The blame is easily shared by those who came before you, but they're not in any position to help, so kick this abusive figment in the goolies and get on with saving the multiverse! Playing the blame game solves nothing.
