I thought I remembered train tracks leading to Dracula's under sea kingdom, but in review it must have been his submarine I remembered. So I bet the attack fails miserably, but 2 10-year-old mermaid kids, just trying to flatten out a boat anchor that they found laying around, by putting it on the tracks, succeed in crippling the Reich. Yeah I know, time for a quick rewrite… ;)

Also, it's odd that no one seems to have considered deploying torpedo launching naval mines along the trains known route, since there seems to be a nuclear sub in the next to last panel.
