I don’t think a world that was ALWAYS peaceful is very realistic. So, yes, sometime in the ancient past the Utopian World moved beyond the concepts of war and violence, leaving them behind forever…

Regarding Doc’s Utopian World; was it always peaceful, or did they achieve a worldwide peace long ago?

They recognized the military symbolism from the Reich World, leading me to believe they must have experienced wars in their far past, and understood the importance of studying the dark side of history. Hopefully somewhere they have some museums with weapons they can replicate and adapt, for what is to come.
