The range instructors there must REALLY SUCK. Perhaps they are appointed, and promoted, on seniority alone and (being union employees) it is near impossible to fire them. Thus securing the inevitability that heroes will always be relatively safe when under fire, and always able to out shoot their antagonists. Oh, and that is one awesome looking Lap Top that Doc has...
