If you want to one-up – or multiple-up – on “Heil Hitler”, you could use “Heil jedem Hitler” (Heil each Hitler), which sound slightly awkward, but in just the right (sic) way, as it evokes a fake gravitas / pompousness.

For the record, copy-editing Nazi terminology is an ignoble and invidious task. But we cannot just leave you guys hanging!

Yeah, great work, crazyman, you nailed them all on this page except for Blond Hitler.

And, the explanation for him (I dunno how good it is) is that we wanted to do an Aryan version of Hitler to highlight the irony that Hitler was very much not the “ideal” man (his words not mine, BTW) he sought to create.
